Liam + Jing Wedding (29/10/2010)

29th Oct 2010 was an important day for many of us who played a role in Liam & Jing's wedding planning since a year plus back. After 29th, we'll be free from groomzilla+bridezilla rule!!! (k just kidding =p)

Ahem, k I was pretty excited, partly because the bride is a bestie who has shared an amazing 10 yrs+ friendship with me, as a result I even personally know the groom for around 8+ years! SO, you can see we were all pinning for the couple to get married from dunno since ages ago! Finally, they decided to tie the knot on 29th Oct 2010, in a sweet little white church with stained glass in a unique night ceremony. Finally. Ha. =D

k I ALwAyS thought I would cry buckets when the couple read their vows, and when the groom kiss his bride,in fact i rehearsed this scene alot of times in my mind since years ago and imagined myself crying at the spot, however i did not, to my amazed; Instead, I teared when the bride sang her surprise love song to the groom as her appreciation for his love to her. I don't think I will ever pluck enough courage to sing in front of so many eyes, so great job done gal!! I really admire you for that! *salute* Thanks for driving the groom and US to tears=v=

Anyway, this is sort of a recap post for me for the sake of those who did not follow Liam+Jing wedding planning from the beginning. Pls bear with me~~

2) For some of those who followed, remember the 2nd-hand gown that Jing bought to be trimmed and cut? I'm really glad I insisted on the slop cut and you went all the way with me gal, despite your initial inhibitions, but dun worry gal your legs don't look short in this!

Zhiming+Jia Min Wedding (09/10/10)

Apparently, this is a super hot date to get married on! i have 2 projects' weddings that fall on this date! Let me just fill you in the details of the one that i've managed to join first=p

9th Oct 2010 was not only a special day for our sweet couple,Zhiming and Jia min here, it was also a meaningful day for all those who played a part in the preparation of their big day. For those who know the couple personally, they'll know how similar and well-match this couple is; They have the same smiles, same interests(football), produce similar auras, similar thinkings, and they even have the same surnames! Ha! They gave us a heartwarming, tear jerking and touching wedding which drove most of us to tears while listening to their vows and speeches. (tough ya especially for ppl like me and you-know-who-s ya who can't stand tear jerking scenes in weddings =v=) Well, at least i can see most of the sisters and some guests with teary eyes after the wedding. Do you guys purposely meant to drive us guests to tears?? we had a hard time fighting back tears to save our make ups!! haaaaz!

Oh, by the way, they're also one of the few couples whom i've seen were thoroughly enjoying their special day with each other. You can see them exchanging grins, smiles, small talks with each other the whole day~which is reallllyyy sweet=]] they held up great big beams the whole day no matter how tired they were, thanks guys! Great job done!!

WIP- Project ZM + JM

Just an update of the makings of the sisters' and flower gals' headpieces for ZM+JM wedding and also updates of the wedding photos of the soon-to-be wed couple with the bridal headpieces~

color themes: different shades of Pink, Ivory and Gold

This is a special design which uses a ribbon to act as a headband~
my friend commented it look like a head phone when it's wore =v= i find it rather cute though haa! The flower appliques were made from fuchsia pink and peachy pink paired with ivory satin ribbon, gold chain and duck feathers. I especially hand-made a *bling bling* centre piece with bling bling stones and beads, knowing that the bride just adores bling bling stuffs~~a pity the bling doesnt really shines in photos~=x

as for the flower gals' headpieces...i forgot to take photos of it!!=((( it was too rush and i totally forgot about it...well..nevermind, the sweet little darlings on actual day shall be my models for my little headpieces=))
